Tonight at dinner J made it very clear that he wanted to drink from him cup WITHOUT the sippy lid on it. Once she saw him drinking from a “regular” cup F insisted on following suit. They both managed to drink all their juice sans sippy lid and (mostly) sans spillage.
F has taken to wiping her own hands and face after a meal. I hand her a damp washcloth and she cleans herself up. She gets upset if I try to help her though she will let me point out spots she missed.

Twins like to imitate their parents and each other , even when one is ready and other is not so ready.
we have- I will do what he is doing too all the time - tonight it was my glass of water … one did fine the other got wet !
