J now has all 4 canines for a total of 16 teeth. Now, if the 18-month-sleep-regression would just pass he might stop getting up every 2 hours all night long. Even F is getting up more - maybe 2 - 3 times a night. There are nights I am up every hour.
I always think I am going to escape the standard sleep regressions because they always seem to come a little late so it is always some horrible surprise when they arrive.

Ugh, so sorry. Every hour is insane. I must confess I am leaving mine sometimes now to work things out on their own. It doesn’t always work, but sometimes I’m surprised that they go back to sleep relatively quickly. This is not at all, so you should do it too!, because everyone has to do what works for them. And I guess I reached the point where I could handle leaving them to cry in short bursts more than I could handle the exhaustion (bad mother?). Hope you find something that works for all of you!
