Brian has been moved to rehab. He is at the Van Munching Rehabilitation Center at Stamford Hospital.
It is still 90 minutes away. Sigh. He has a follow up appointment with the surgeon on the 22nd and I hope they’ll send him home then. This driving thing is not the most fun I’ve ever had.

I have a brilliant idea. Put both kids in the backseat and just bring them with you! Get a portable DVD player–better yet, get two!–and then put on a movie (preferably something princessy for F and something with trucks or trains for J). Then you can bring them with you and have to meet everyone’s needs at once!
I’m sorry you’re being pulled in so many directions. I’m hoping for a continuation of a speedy recovery.

y’all are doing amazing! It’s so tough when there’s no good solution at the moment…but hopefully that best healer of all, TIME, will bring you all together in one place where you can all love on and need and hold and care for each other together. Hugs and may the springtime help y’all have just a little fun this spring despite it all.
