Put both kids in the backseat and just bring them with you! Get a portable DVD player--better yet, get two!--and then put on a movie (preferably something princessy for F and something with trucks or trains for J). Then you can bring them with you and have to meet everyone's needs at once! I'm sorry you're being pulled in so many directions. I'm hoping for a continuation of a speedy recovery.
