I’ve been reading “Barnyard Dance” to the kids since they were so small they couldn’t turn over. Now they stamp and clap and bow on cue. Today, after I read “Bounce with the bunny” F said, “strut with the duck.”
She’s memorized it.
She also tries to sing along to “Row row row your boat” and “Cows.”

Barnyard Dance was one of my boys’ early favorites, too! I think part of it is that it’s so fun to read…. we also like But Not The Hippopotamus.
