If my kids are any indication, this will get worse before it gets better. My girls dip their fruit in ketchup. My mantra is “as long as you eat it afterward.”
I have a niece like that. She is a wonderful person in spite of this quirk ;+)
The “average” ketchup has more sugar per teaspoon than the “average” ice cream. Moms don’t usually permit ice cream at any and all meals, though. It could be much worse – like not eating anything and refusing vitamins
