Playmobile is Evil: A post in one sentence.
I know not what demonic entity hath wrought those toys known as “Playmobile”, those toys which are utterly beloved of my scampering children, those toys made out of pthalate laden, hormone disrupting, non-biodegrading plastic, those toys with 1,482,740 small parts, many of which hath pointy bits that tend to stick up into the air, luring in the unwary foot and which scatter to every corner of the house, there to multiply in dark corners, but I loathe that entity and as soon as the evil pull its cleverly constructed toys have upon my children has faded the many plastic bits shall be whisked away to die a slow, isolated death though, of course, like all evil they shall linger, unbiodegraded, for eternity.
(in the interests of full disclosure – I actually have no idea whether Playmobile is pthalate free or not)

Stacie,
This falls into the category of “those things which Mom hates most will be my favorite toys no matter how she tries to keep them from me.” Personally, I wouldn’t mind Playmobile – at our house it’s Barbie. I have problems with Barbie on so many levels. And it’s all Jo wants to do.
Don’t despair, they’ll move on to something (possibly worse) at some point!

Yep. I’ve put it away in hopes that no one will ask for it for a loooooooong time. Meanwhile, demands to go putt-putt have become constant.
