It’s been a while since I had one of my monthly contests and to make up for it I am hosting an awesome contest! Here’s the deal…

1. Have a little photo session with a child in your life (or you can submit a recent picture, if you prefer!).

2. Send your ONE favorite picture to me via email, email@stacieturnerphotography.com, I will then post them to a special contest album on my Facebook fan page.

3. Join my Facebook fan page, either by searching for “Stacie Turner Photography” on Facebook, or by the link found here.

4. Send people (your friends, family, co-workers, etc.) to join my Facebook fan page and VOTE for their favorite picture (i.e. YOURS!)

5. The winner will be announced on December 16th based on the total number of votes for each entered image. Votes are counted as comments on each individual image/entry. A person must be a fan of my Facebook page to vote. Votes from people that are not fans will not be counted!

RULES!

- Entries must be submitted by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20th! I will post all entries on Saturday, November 21st, and the voting will begin immediately!!

- ONE entry per person.

- ONLY separate comments to a picture that state “vote” will be counted as a vote. Simply clicking “like” by the picture will NOT count as a vote!

- ONE vote per person!

- Voting will continue from November 21 through December 15. Winner will be announced on December 16, 2009!!!

- Submitted images must be of a child or children under the age of 18.

- For obvious reasons, photos taken by professional photographers will not be accepted.

THE PRIZE!!!

The winner will receive a complimentary portrait session with me and a CD with the 10 best shots in full-resolution, with a print release! That is an $1050 value!!!

The session must take place in the Greater Hartford area and be redeemed by May 30, 2010. A signed model release will also be required prior to the session.

I donated a photo shoot with print to the school I used to work at for their fund-raising auction and was met with deafening silence. Donation: Rejected. You know you suck when a Catholic school doesn’t want your free stuff.

1) April is Multiple Awareness Month. I know, how aware am I supposed to be. BUT to celebrate I’m offering 20% off sessions booked for multiples in the month of April. You don’t have to actually HAVE the session in April, just book it.

2) There is a monthly contest on the business blog. In March and April subscribe to the RSS feed and be entered to win a $50 gift certificate.

3) In May only I will be offering morning mini-sessions. For $100 book a 1-hour session. These are only available at 9:30 AM. Book an urban shoot in West Hartford Center or Blue Back Square or shoot outdoors in either Elizabeth Park or Westmoor Park. Shoots in your home are available in limited areas only for these special mini-sessions. Session fee includes time and talent and a minimum of ten proofs in an online slideshow. 4) There is a regular discount available to immediate families of active duty service people. Please let me know if you or your spouse is serving in the military or just returned home from a deployment.
